Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us within 14 days of delivery by contacting:

After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.


2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original condition

  • Not show signs of washing, damage, or wear

  • Be securely packaged for return shipping

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required.


3. How to start a return

  1. Email us at team@cacydil.pl with your order number.

  2. Wait for return confirmation and instructions.

  3. Send the item to the following address:

Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.


4. Return shipping costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • A damaged product

  • The wrong item

Contact us immediately at team@cacydil.pl with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.


6. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)

  • Items returned in a used or damaged condition


7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please:

  1. Return the original product.

  2. Place a new order separately.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Within 10 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time
